Welcome to the Innate blog, the place where we'll be posting about what our team and people who inspire us are doing, around initiatives that are true to the Innate mantra of “Your Planet, Your Choices, Your Gear.”
A nihilist friend of ours said "talk minus action equals nothing"; we strive to avoid this trap by sweating the details in our products and business operations where have direct control and the Innate blog is one way we can share our experiences and learning from other folks, like you!
Examples of the details we obsess about include:
-Looking at our designs to reduce the utilization of raw materials; this saves waste and minimizes the energy needed for recycling materials like the scraps of stainless from our contract vacuum bottle facility. | -Figuring out ways to recycle waste from other companies into Innate products. See the photo above? That’s scrap fabric that was being burned for power generation (is that recycling?) until a team from our contract Taiwan factory and Innate designers decided to turn those scraps into something useful. |
